Which lash set is best for me?
Choosing the right lash set depends on your desired look, natural lashes, and lifestyle. Classic sets offer a more natural appearance, Hybrid sets combine classic and volume for added fullness, and Volume or Mega Volume sets provide a bolder, more dramatic look. We’ll help guide you during your appointment to ensure the best result for you.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 2–3 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. To maintain fullness, we recommend booking fills every 2–3 weeks.
Are fills required?
Yes. Fills help maintain your lash set and keep your lashes looking fresh. Clients must have 40–50% of their extensions remaining to book a fill. Otherwise, a full set may be required.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
We ask that all clients arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Makeup residue can affect retention and may result in additional cleaning time.
What should I do before my appointment?

Can I shower or swim with lash extensions?
Yes, but we recommend avoiding water, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours after your appointment. After that, normal showering and swimming are fine with proper care.
What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service fee will still apply. Arrivals beyond the allowed grace period may be considered a no-show.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We require advance notice for cancellations or reschedules. Deposits are non-refundable and help secure your appointment time. Please review our full Studio Policies page for detailed information.
Do you allow guests or children?
To maintain a calm, focused environment, we ask that clients arrive alone. Children and additional guests are not permitted in the studio.
What age do you have to be to book?
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services.
